Sebastian started his journey at Aura Light as an assembler in our factory in Vimmerby. After two years he moved on within the company - today he is the creator of our new wall luminaire, Klint.

We develop and manufacture our luminaires in our own factory. When the need for a new wall luminaire occurred, we decided to develop it ourselves. Klint was the starting point for Sebastian's first own project - where he has been involved all the way, from idea to finished product.

- “I wanted to create something that was both functional and stylish, and that could be manufactured entirely in our factory,” says Sebastian.

The result is Klint - a luminaire developed with a focus on quality and sustainability. “Inspired by our previous industrial luminaire Kleva, we have reused components, processed materials in a smart way and reduced waste. At the same time, we have created a decorative luminaire that fits perfectly in public spaces.

- There is something special about seeing an idea emerge and then standing there with a finished product,” Sebastian concludes.

Klint is completely developed and manufactured in our factory in Vimmerby. By working locally and utilizing our in-house skills, we have been able to reduce the environmental footprint, shorten lead times and ensure high quality - something that makes a difference both for our customers and for the future. 
Klint is therefore more than just a new luminaire - it is proof of how innovation and internal development go hand in hand.
