Aura Crystal EP Long Life can be used as a replacement for High Pressure Sodium lamps, which produce yellow light and have low colour rendering. Aura Crystal EP Long Life is designed for use in both enclosed and open luminaires. The lamp is intended for operation with a magnetic ballast and separate ignitor. It supports step-down switching to 50% power. The use of specified electronic ballasts is also possible, including dimming in accordance with the ballast's defined lighting levels.
