Long Life - Guarantee

Aura Light International AB guarantees the lifetime for all Long Life products. This guarantee is valid for all installations fulfilling the relevant norms and is based on a 12 h switching cycle (11 h on, 1 h off). The 12h-switching cycle is defined based on the time when 10 % of the lamps in an installation are failed.

If the failure rate (electrical) is higher than 10 % within the guaranteed lifetime the defect lamps above 10 % will be compensated free of charge.
