New Chairman of the Board of Aura Light Group AB

Stockholm, Sweden, 1 March 2008

Cornelis Altena, member of the board of Aura Light Group AB, assumes the position as chairman of the board of lighting company Aura as of 1 March and will ensure the continued pursuit of the company's expansion plans.

Aura supplies Long Life light sources that are guaranteed to last at least three times as long as the standard products on the market. As a result, users can save both money and the environment, since only a third of all changes of light sources need to be made.

Cornelis Altena has been a board member since January 2007 and, as of 1 March 2008, Mr. Altena takes over the position as chairman of the board from Frode Strand-Nielsen, who remains a board member. Together with the other board members and executive management, they have drawn up the strategies that form the basis of Aura's extensive expansion, which has begun and will continue over the next few years.

Cornelis Altena is currently CEO of the Maxit Group, the leading Premix and Exclay producer and provider of Premix plants and machinery. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Altena has built Maxit Group from a small regional actor to a large international provider of building material.
